The Autumn/Winter menu offers meat, fish and cheese fondues and marvellous "do-it-yourself" grills: meat and fish cooked in the centre of the table accompanied by delicious sauces and coloured sea salts for a creative ritual that is both tasty and fun.

The Spring/Summer collection moves outdoors for culinary surprises with the emphasis on seafood and a reinterpretation of local dishes.

A select wine list and the chance to purchase your favourite aromatics and sauces after the meal complete the pleasures of a special evening.
